In the most recent episodes, the primary conflict between Kaido and the most powerful members of the Straw Hat Pirates, such as Luffy and Zoro, has been put on hold for the time being. We have witnessed Carrot and Wanda engage in combat with a candyman, Sanji getting humiliated in a geisha game in order to lure Nico Robin into a trap, Hyogoro making a final stand despite his body becoming blue, and Tama constructing Kibi Dango in order to exert control over the Grifters. That’s a lot of lands to cover, that’s for sure. But on the bright side, this opens the door for us to witness Robin employ Spank assaults on Sanji’s foes.

This weekend, on June 18, the Japanese dubbed version of One Piece episode 1022 will be broadcast.
