Atsushi Ohkubo wrote and drew Fire Force, a Japanese manga series. During the Tokyo Solar Era, the series takes place in the year 1998. With an increasing number of spontaneous human combustions known as “Infernals,” elite fire brigades, known as the Fire Force, are on the front lines of this struggle. Later generations of spontaneously combusting humans are known as Demons, which are more powerful horned counterparts of the Infernals. However, both generations demonstrate pyrokinesis. As a result of bringing together members of the Holy Sol Temple, the Tokyo Armed Forces, and the Tokyo Fire Defense Agency who had these skills, the Fire Force was formed.
The Great Cataclysm occurred 250 years before Solar Year 0 and was a catastrophic event two hundred and fifty years ago. During it, the planet was engulfed in flames, and many countries were destroyed, leaving just a few habitable areas. Although it lost some of its lands, the Tokyo Empire remained relatively stable during this period, and it became a haven for the survivors. Tokyo Emperor Raffles I established the religion of the Holy Sol Temple after working with the Holy Sol Temple and Haijima Industries to build the nation’s first-ever permanent thermal energy plant, the Amaterasu.
3rd season of Fire Force: A release date
Fire Force Season 3 was announced to be in the works on May 17th. The fantastic news is that a third season of the show is “currently in production” and was released on the series’ official Japanese Twitter profile and website. The third season’s production has already been tipped off to fans. “Fire Force” (Enen no Shouboutai) TV Anime Season 3 is “in production,” according to SugoiLITE, a well-known and respected Twitter leaker and insider.
Season 3 of Fire Force has yet to be given a release date, despite the fact that its development has been confirmed. In July 2019, the first season launched, and the second season premiered in July 2020 – a 7 to 8-month production cycle after being announced in November 2018. On the basis of previous seasons and David Production’s other upcoming projects, we may estimate either October 2022 (optimistic) or January 2023 (more pessimistic).
David Productions has been working on other projects, which may have taken priority over the resumption of the anime in April 2022, as many fans may have expected. Strike Witches: Road to Berlin, 2.43: Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Team, and Cells at Work!! have been the focus of the studio’s attention. There is also a Urusei Yatsura 52-episode adaptation being worked on, with a release date of later this year predicted.
Season 3 of Fire Force Storyline
Known as “Devil’s Footprints” because of his uncanny ability to set fire to his own feet, Shinra Kusakabe, a third-generation pyrokinetic, has suffered social isolation since the fire that killed his mother and younger brother Sho twelve years ago. To put an end to the Infernal attacks, he joins the Special Fire Force Company 8, a group of pyrokinetics who are investigating Companies 1 through 7 for probable wrongdoing. In the wake of his mother’s death, Shinra begins to suspect that the White Clad, the doomsday cult behind the Infernal attacks and with operatives in every corner of the Tokyo Empire, was behind the fire that killed his mother.
The White Clad’s plan to unite eight people like Shinra and Sho in order to recreate the Great Cataclysm for an ancient entity that corrupted mankind is met with resistance by Company 8 and its allies. As of Season 2, there was a sense that the conflict between Company 8 and Evangelist was going to be much worse than it was in Season 1. “The Press of Death” pushed Shinra into the next level of his training so he could handle the Company’s most dangerous adversaries. Meanwhile, the death of Captain Hague of Company 4 in the season finale dealt the heroes a severe blow.
Now that he has reached a new level of power, Shinra is able to build an Adolla Link and see Hague’s final moments. It is expected that Season 3 will begin up where Season 2 left off, with Company 8 partnering with the Tokyo Empire to fight the Evangelist and his fearsome warriors. Vol. 11 through Vol. 20 of the manga were covered in Season 1, while the rest of the manga was covered in Season 2. Vol. 20 and maybe the rest of the series will be adapted for Season 3.
