Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation, the anime series, is currently working on its second season. Screening of the previously unaired Mushoku Tensei episode from the first season will be held on September 16, 2022. Season 2 is officially confirmed. Although this has yet to be confirmed by the proper authorities, we will keep you updated as soon we hear more about it. Later, the news was made public via the official Twitter account for the anime.

Lilia is played by Dani Chambers in the film.
Rudeus Greyrat is played by Madeleine Morris.
Paul Greyrat is played by Jared Smith in the film.
An Old Japanese Rudeus is played by Ben Phillips.

Roxy Migurdia is portrayed in the film by Michelle Rojas.

Season 2 of Mushoku Tensei: The Plot
The first season’s ending was set in motion by Rudeus and Eris’s separation. In Rudeus’ adolescent years, following a time jump, the plot takes a turn for the worst. When it comes to the Ranoa Magical Academy, Rudeus’s time there, and how he came to be known as the Quagmire, should be told in the anime. You may or may not enjoy it because it follows a typical narrative arc for a high school story.

This isn’t exactly a spoiler because it was already known that Rudeus will attend this school. Mushoku Tensei was first published as a web novel by Rifujin no Magonote and published on the popular Japanese novel website Shosetsuka ni Narou, which has since been discontinued. Re: Zero and other online novels like it served as inspiration for Rifujin no Magonote. A different Mushoku Tensei narrative arc is available here. The Shosetsuka ni Narou website was the first place to post “isekai” anime, hence the term “narou” was coined to refer to these anime.

Escaflowne and The Twelve Kingdoms aren’t clones of one other, and this is a significant departure from prior isekai anime like that. Mushoku Tensei’s online novel has ended, although the light novel version continues. Mushoku Tensei – Jobless Reincarnation was published in English by Seven Seas. In Japan, almost 24 volumes have been issued, so there will be enough material for future anime seasons or movies. Reading the manga or light novel adaptations instead of waiting for the anime is more my style.
