Chapter 1047 of One Piece doesn’t feature the same amount of revelations as previous recent issues, but it sets up the last moments of Luffy vs Kaido and the Onigashima Raid brilliantly. A Momonosuke flashback to that day when his father died in One Piece chapter 1047 gives a new perspective on a character. A discussion about his future films appears to have taken place between him and his mother, as well as Kin’emon and the other Scabbards.
Yamato tells Momonosuke that he must create flame clouds to defend the Flower Capital and Onigashima in One Piece chapter 1047. He tells his mother he can’t in a flashback to their last discussion. For her son, Toki Kozuki tells Kin’emon and the others to go back in time and save Oden Castle as it flames around them. With tears in his eyes, he proceeded to express his desire for another shot at this struggle. He argues that he would rather die with a sword in his hand for the sake of his young lord than being burned to death while doing nothing.

After the most recent attack, Luffy is launched into the air, but he still has a hold of Kaido with one of his arms. Astonishment at the revelation causes him to instruct his opponent to let go while explaining he’s only informing them of where they are. Tatsumaki Kaifu is launched into the sky, implying that Luffy’s earlier flaws in slicing remain. A high-altitude encounter seems to confirm this, as Straw Hat winces in agony as the strike hits.
Chapter 1047 of One Piece
Next, we cut to the Flower Capital’s Fire Festival, where everyone has now thrown their lanterns into the sky.
