TBATE Chapter 140: A Recap
At the beginning of this chapter, Lucas is on the floor in a bad way. Xyrus Academy personnel, students, and the entire town are delighted that Arthur has returned. A bomb happens behind Arthur just as Lucas recalls his sibling in excruciating anguish. It looks that Lucas’s request has been granted, as Bairon, Varay, and Olfred all emerge.
This angered Bairon plans an assault on Arthur after seeing his brother in such a bad state of health.
Despite Arthur’s instructions, Sylvie and Bairon are both injured by Bairon’s strike. By utilising her powers, Varey thwarts Sylvie’s attempt to harm them. Olfred, meanwhile, is busy constructing his Stone Golems. Arthur worries if he would be able to return to the second phase despite his injuries. Olfred intervenes as Bairon attempts to attack Arthur. Bairon claims Arthur tortured and killed Lucas, thus he would not spare Arthur’s life. Olfred claims credit for saving everyone from your brother’s clutches. Olfred also tells Bairon to act in an appropriate manner.
Olfred employs his Stone Golems to stop Bairon from killing Arthur when he ignores him. Olfred’s Stone Golems are destroyed by him in his wrath, and he plans to attack Arthur. However, just as he is ready to strike, Varey uses her power to stop him and states that the council will determine what should be done with Arthur and Sylvie. While Varey uses magic handcuffs to apprehend Lucas, the residents of the town are saved. She injects him with a specific sort of artefact to keep him from fleeing. Arthur orders Sylvie to return to her fox form after asking Varey to free her. Arthur tells Sylvie that he isn’t sure what will happen, but they will be alright.
