Crunchyroll will begin selling its own original content in 2020. This year’s festival premiere went to “The God of High School,” an action-packed martial arts animation based on Park Yongje’s well-known manhwa. 17-year-old high school students from South Korea, Seoul, & their pals borrow strength from legendary creatures and gods to battle against each other in a tournament sponsored by a secretive organisation.
It’s “The God of High School” in the company’s pledge to grant the winner’s wish with no conditions attached.
Season 1’s 13 episodes received favourable reviews upon its release, thanks to MAPPA (Yuri!!! on Ice, Attack on Titan). When will the next season of the show be released, and how soon can we expect it?

The Second Season of God of High School Has been Created by Crunchyroll
There is no word on whether there will be a second season, but the first season left the idea that a follow-up was essential to wrap up the plot. A few familiar individuals from Season 1 will return, but we’ll also learn more about Jin Mori, his grandpa, and the enigmatic abilities that he and his grandfather share. Consider the popularity of the show and whether or not there is any remaining source material to be adapted before considering if an anime should be renewed. Based on a current comic book series, “The God of High School” has lots of material to draw on.
Crunchyroll debuted ‘The God of High School’ near the end of the summer of 2020 and aired it through the month of September. So far, there has been no official word from the show’s creators on a season 2 premiere date. The anime, on the other hand, has been a huge success and is still going strong.
