Shueisha has been publishing new chapters of the Dragon Ball Super manga series by artist Toyatarou & series creator Akira Toriyama on a monthly basis, and fans are eager to see how the Granolah the Survivor tale will be continued after Chapter 82 was released in March 2022. Granolah the Survivor is a shonen manga about a lone survivor of the Cerealian race whose main purpose is to defeat Frieza and avenge his species’ extinction.

Chapter 83 of Dragon Ball Super Bardock vs. Gas 2 is the title of Dragon Ball Super Chapter 83, and it continues the flashback of Bardock and Gas’ fight forty years earlier on Planet Cereal. Goku is only now learning about his father’s background, and this information will undoubtedly alter his present battle with Gas. The first preview for the upcoming chapter has already been released on the official Dragon Ball Super website, and it features draught pages of the Bardock vs. Gas fight.
The draught pages reveal Bardock’s struggle with Gas in Planet Cereal forty years ago, as depicted in the English translation above by Twitter user DBSChronicles, and it appears like Goku’s father is having a hard time taking down the formidable villain while begging Monaito to keep away. Monaito appears to be planning to utilise the Dragon Balls, but what more could he want?
