The fourth season of Overlord has already begun production, according to the show’s official Twitter account. In December 2021, the anime’s official Twitter account released the first photos of the programme. Season 4 of Overlord will cover volumes 10 and 11 of the light novel series before concluding with book 12.
The release date for Overlord Season 4 has been set for July 2022. The second trailer for the anime series has also been released with the release date. The trailer provides a taste of the plot. Sorcerer King is faced with a young guy who had nothing to lose. They need to be better armed. Sorcerer Kingdom king Ainz Ooal Gown can only be defeated if Theocracy joins forces with him. This is the story of Ainz Ooal Gown (also known as Momonga), an avid online gamer who is suddenly thrown into the virtual world of YGGDRASIL after the game’s servers go offline. Momonga sets out to discover what has occurred.
The third season of the anime will be the subject of the new series. The whole cast from the previous season will be back for the upcoming season. As well as AinzOoal Gown’s voice actor Satoshi Hino, actress Yumi Hara, character Shalltear Bloodfallen’s voice actor, Kenta Myake, character Guardian Cocytus’s voice actor, EmiriKat’s voice actor, character Aura’s voice actor, character Mare’s voice actor and actor, Masayuki Katou (as Demiurge). The “Holy Kingdom Arc” is also the subject of a film in the works. 2023 seems to be the most likely release date for the film.
Because of the enormous popularity of the manga series Overlord, an anime adaptation was made.
The resulting three seasons were a major success. Makers have published a teaser image that has AinzOoal Gown in the centre, with additional characters on each side, in February 2022. The shadows of additional figures may also be seen in the photo. Creators are also working on a new video game and full-length film that further explores the Overlord universe, as well as the fourth season of Overlord. Overlord Season 4 will be published in July 2022 on anime. We’ll have more information about the Japanese animation series as it becomes available, so be sure to check back often.
