Fortnite and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla crossover, which has yet to be officially announced, may be coming this week, according to information that has reportedly been leaked. Last week, trustworthy leakers said that AC Valhalla’s Eivor will join the Fortnite roster, fueling the crossover myth. The Viking was supposed to arrive on the Island on Thursday, March 31 – a date that was never seen to be occurring. A partnership between Epic Games and Ubisoft has not even been mentioned. Eivor Varinsdottir would become the second Assassin’s Creed hero to join Epic’s blockbuster battle royale experience if the persistent reports are correct.
The Assassin’s Strike emotes and Hidden Blade pickaxe were both inspired by Fortnite’s Master Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze, a beloved character among fans. For the first time, it appears that one of the long-running franchise’s newest characters will join the turbulent world of Fortnite. This morning, on the 4th of April, French video game content maker, Anas / Nanass, announced (via GameRant) that they will get access to an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla hero Eivor Fortnite skin shortly.
According to the author, the Eivor content will be released in the Item Shop on Friday, April 8th. Both Ubisoft and Epic Games have remained silent on the rumoured AC Valhalla-Fornite partnership, thus far no additional information has been released. For that reason, it’s probable that Epic will make an announcement about Eivor’s arrival in Fortnite on Friday. The Assassin’s Creed Valhalla crossover didn’t go online last Thursday, as previously reported, so fans shouldn’t get their hopes up just yet. Over the last some years, a number of additional video game characters have joined the ranks of Fortnite.
In addition to the likes of Kratos and Master Chief, Epic Games has brought a slew of popular gaming characters to the island.
