Recap of TBATE Chapter 137
As we all know, the city is on fire, and people are dying as a result. Doradrea’s head is on the floor, alongside Theodore, who is severely burnt. Curtis is enraged by the circumstances and wishes to murder Draveene for everything he has done. Claire, on the other hand, prevents him from acting on his own. Curtis asks Claire whether she wants to see Draveene’s murder of Theodore and Feyrith. Kathlyn smacks Curtis and instructs him to be patient till the proper opportunity comes. Following that, it is revealed that Draneeve is presently keeping Feyrith prisoner, while Lucas is holding Tessia. Elijah is perplexed to see Tessia there and wonders why she is there. Draneeve begins to introduce himself, stating that he has come to save them all.
He informs everyone that while they are all mighty in Dicathen, they are all weaklings in the area where he resides. Draneeve promises everyone that he would strengthen them so that they can serve his master successfully. Draneeve then instructs Lucas to take a step forward and introduce himself. Lucus takes off his hood, and Elijah becomes enraged to find Lucas behind all of this. When Elijah sees Lucas, he becomes so angered that a wholly dark aura surrounds him and he transforms into an entirely different shape. While travelling towards Lucus, Elijah effortlessly dispatches all of the enemies. But then Elijah collapses on the ground, his eyes and nose gushing. He attacks Lucas and stabs him in the chest, but Lucus is protected from a major injury. Finally, Elijah collapses in the hands of Draneeve, who calls for Lucas.
