An Easter Egg from Star Wars: The Force Awakens is included in Dying Light 2

To their surprise, gamers of Dying Light 2: Stay Human have discovered an Easter egg in the game that allows them to force choke their foes like Darth Vadar, which is a fascinating new finding. Dying Light 2 was finally published on February 4 for consoles and PC after a tumultuous development cycle that lasted almost a decade and was twice postponed.

Even though the game was praised for its excellent parkour and traversal features, open-world exploration, and exhilarating combat, many people found it unplayable when it was released due to a slew of technical faults. The zombie-infested Dying Light 2: Stay Human follows Aiden Caldwell, a freelance runner, as he completes missions for the inhabitants of Villedor in order to learn more about his history. The game’s universe is four times as large as the original, and it’s jam-packed with Easter eggs, mysteries, and nods to other popular series.

Dying Light 2’s latest secret level Easter Egg pays homage to the iconic FPS series DOOM, and it turns out that this well-hidden callback covers even more previously unseen secrets. YouTuber AshesWolf has shared their finding of what looks to be a well-hidden Star Wars force choke ability in the aforementioned DOOM Easter egg level, according to Game Rant. The tutorial video demonstrates how to acquire a blueprint for ability by gathering five demonic rubber ducks and opening the chamber below the map.

The “Dying Force” blueprint may be located in the hidden DOOM level by finding a secret slidable wall akin to the prior DOOM games. Players will be able to forcibly choke and keep their opponents in the air for a few seconds, allowing them the opportunity to land their own hits. Techland’s game designers have pushed the Easter egg tradition to new heights, adding allusions, secret codes, weaponry, and even whole levels to their titles over the course of their careers.

In addition to the Star Wars shoes, players may also find secret Super Mario sneakers in Dying Light 2 that allow them to triple jump. That additional secrets and Easter eggs await exploration in Dying Light 2’s vast environment is evidence of that. In Dying Light 2, the force choke from Star Wars is ideally suited to the violent hack-and-slash gameplay and can be utilised to effortlessly conquer several areas of the storey. As of right now, it’s unclear if there are any additional Star Wars Easter eggs hidden in Techland’s latest zombie adventure, but those who are eager can begin their hunt now.
