Megumi is currently in a terrible state. Hana Kurusu only needs to use one cursed technique to finish him off. Despite the fact that he is a long way away, I don’t think he will have much of a chance against Itadori Yuji. As a result, we’re left with only Hakari Kinji and Yuta Okkotsu as viable options. Given how focused the Chapter 174 preview was on Yuta, there’s a good likelihood that the next few chapters of the Culling games arc will include a Yuta vs. Hana clash.
Hana Kurusu, on the other hand, is the sorceress capable of freeing Satoru Gojo from the realm of imprisonment. Yuta, on the other hand, can’t bring himself to kill her yet. Recap of Chapter 173
In the final moments before his demise, Reggie transfers all of his points in Chapter 173. A wise man once said, “Don’t die like a fool; let fate play with you.” Reggie said these cursed words to Megumi before he died of his wounds. Master Tengen appears to recognise him, and the old sorcerer is amazed that he’s been alive for so long. Megumi has a sneaking suspicion that Tengen lied to them about the point of the Culling games when he explained them to them.
It is difficult for Hanekozi to keep up with Takaba’s unconventional cursing methods.
Following Kogane’s report of Reggie’s demise, he immediately retreats. Next, Remi is pursued by Megumi’s demon dog, who turns out to be a shadow. Something strange happens right before he is going to kill her, and the demon dog vanishes. Hana Kurusu then descends from the sky, leaving Megumi lying unconscious and critically injured.
As the chapter progresses, we meet Dhruv Lakdawalla (91) Dhruv Ishigoori (77) Ryu Ishigoori (75) Takako Uro (70) as well as Kurourushi (54 points). All four of them are exceptionally talented sorcerers, each with a unique set of skills.
The excitement for these new characters was short-lived, however, as the teaser panel showed Yuta Okkotsu easily dispatching Dhruv Lakdawala. Before Yuta, I’m very sure that none of the other three had a chance at all. Hana Kurusu and Yuta Okkotsu are the only characters I’m looking forward to seeing battle.
