Overlord is a well-known Japanese anime series based on the same-named manga series. The manga was written by ‘Kugane Maruyama,’ and it was highly appreciated by the audience. The immense success of the Overlord manga inspired the creation of an anime adaptation, which was a huge success across all three seasons, as planned. Overlord’s first and second seasons aired from July to October of 2018, after originally airing from July to September of 2015. From July through October of 2018, the third and fourth seasons of the show aired. The show aired for three years in a continuous format until being cancelled at the end of that time. Madhouse has finally chosen to release a new season in the near future, after a long time of expectation.

Today (January 21st, 2022), Overlord’s official Twitter account announced the show’s fourth season with a teaser visual. The teaser graphic is a visual feast, with Ainz Ooal Gown in the centre and additional figures on either side of him. The only other characters seen are their shadows, with the exception of Ainz Ooal Gown.
The confirmed characters on the left side of the image are Albedo and Shalltear Bloodfallen, while the confirmed characters on the right side of the image are Cocypus and Aura Bella Fiora. So here it is, take a look at the illustration:
When Will Season 4 Of Overlord Be Released?
There is currently no indication on when the fourth season of Overlord will be broadcast on television. It is, however, expected to be released near the end of July. The show’s first and last seasons were both published in July, so it’s likely that the fourth season will be released around the same time.
