As a separate announcement in this video, a new arc for the Dragon Ball Super manga was also made, indicating that this video is almost probably not announcing a new manga arc. Therefore, Dragon Ball Super Season 2 is the most probable candidate to provide the answer to what Iyoku is hinting.
However, while no official release date for Dragon Ball Super Season 2 has been announced at the time of writing, Iyoku’s hint suggests that the show will return in 2022. At the very least, fans may anticipate that the second season will be revealed later this year, if not sooner. If all goes well, the announcement of the anime’s comeback will take place in the calendar year 2022.
In terms of the anticipated narrative, the seas are a little murky in this aspect.
