We have a clear winner in the struggle between Sanji and Queen at long last! The most recent chapter of One Piece focuses on the war between Zoro and King, and it appears that this conflict is ready to come to a close.
One Piece Chapter 1,035 Recap and Analysis
Sanji lands a powerful kick at Queen, effectively sending him flying away from the island in the process. Osome was present during the entire incident and glanced at Sanji with surprise. Sanji offers her Chuji, and she expresses gratitude to him. When Sanji inquires as to Osome’s well-being, he falls. The battle between Sanji and Queen has finally come to a climax, with Sanji emerging victorious in the end.
While all of this is going on, the combat between Zoro and King is still unfolding. Zoro discovers something peculiar about the flame on King’s back: when the light is out, King travels more quickly, but his defence is weakened. Zoro is successful in slicing through King’s mask, revealing his face. As a Lunarian, King is shown as having white hair and a dark brown complexion, all of which are traits of the sign. Some of the Beast Pirates’ henchmen are taken aback by the King’s arrival, thinking that any information about the Lunarians can be provided to the World Government in exchange for 100 million Berries. The king turns to face his warriors and begins a flaming onslaught upon them.
Because the palace is already engulfed in flames, Zoro reminds the King that he should not treat his warriors in such a manner. The two of them continue to trade blows, each one becoming more powerful and intense as it progresses through the game. The combat is interrupted by a flashback between King and Kaido, who first met in a government research centre in the thick of the action. In the end, it is revealed that King’s true name is Arber.
Zoro and King continue to trade a barrage of blows in a sequence of assaults. At one moment, Zoro recognises an opportunity and manages to slash King’s throat. Zoro launches a major attack against King towards the conclusion of the chapter.
