As of right now, there aren’t any spoilers to be found. In little time at all, Mikey had defeated South and was ready to face Takeomi. In the face of Takemichi’s attempts to stop him from killing Takeomi, he did not spare Takemichi either.
That he is on a killing spree is clear from his demeanour; he won’t spare anyone who crosses his path. To be the most powerful of the three gods, he must defeat anybody who tries to stand in his way.
