Dark King Veran’s location in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai’s latest episode flies towards the Kindom of Romos, Town of Poltos. The citizens begin to flee, fearful that the massive thing will crush their homes. The two cities were bombed, and many citizens died as a result.
The King of Romos notices an attack on the town of Poltos. The Hero of the Carl Kingdom arrives with Queen Flora’s report. The Fake Hero is also attacked from the other side, and he wonders where the true Heroes are. The Dark Amry is destroying the entire world, but they leave a mark to indicate that it has become their territory. Zaboera and Mystvearn are pleased to see humans in pain and applaud King Vearn’s destructive abilities. Zaboera informs Dark Commander Mystvearn that King Vearn has promoted him to Second-in-Command of the Dark Army.
He also mentions Hadlar, who severed ties with them and thinks Hadlar is a fool because he is digging his own grave. Mystvearn is curious about what happened when Zaboera transformed Hadlar into a Superior Being. He mentioned the Black Core that was inside Hadlar. Zaboera reveals that he witnessed this and chose to keep it a secret. He knows, however, that Hadlar would die for King Vearn. When Zaboera mentions Hadlar, Mystvearn becomes enraged. But he will never trust people like Zaboera, who are traitors.
Previously, in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai Episode 59, Mystvearn warns Zaboera that he will kill him someday. He decided to spare him because he was instrumental in resurrecting King Veran. But, according to Zaboera, the powerful one is not the one who has the most strength, but the one who stands the longest. He is confident that he will find a way and that he will be the last man standing with the last laugh. Popp awakens near the sea and discovers he is still alive. Maam and Gomechan were nearby, but they were still unconscious.
Popp realises that Maam was the one who dragged him out of the sea because he was unable to swim. When a hungry bear appears and looks around, Popp realises he has run out of magic and must protect Maam and Gomechan. Chiu arrives, and the bear indicates that he has located them. Popp notices the bear with Chiu, and they have been searching for them. The men accompanying Chiu reveal that they have received orders from Carl and have come to rescue them. The Hero Party regrouped and spent four days in the Carl Kingdom.
They discussed the Dark Army, which is still destroying the world with the flying Dark Citadel. Princess Leona is perplexed as to why the Dark Army isn’t attacking the capitals. One of the warriors reveals that the Dark King intends to destroy the world’s surface rather than invade it.
