Yomu Mishima’s romance-drama, light novel series “Trapped in a dating world, the world is rough for mobs” anime adaptation has been revealed. The anime series is slated to premiere in April 2022.
The light book series narrates the story of an office worker, Leon, who dies and gets resurrected into an Otome game (video game for ladies where they can have interaction with men), which he was forced to by his sister. However, he is a minor character in his new society, which is ruled by females, and only gorgeous men may remain by their side. However, Leon has one advantage, he recalls the whole play-through of the Otome game, in which he is locked. Leon will do anything to fulfil his ultimate dream, which is to live a calm life.

“Otomege Sekai wa Mob ni Kibishii Sekai desu” is written by Yomu Mishima and drawn by Monda. The light novel started serialization on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō platform in October 2017. The series ends on October 15, 2019, with a total of 176 chapters. Jun Shiosato started the manga adaption on October 5, 2018.
