Jujutsu Kaisen: Revelations- The Expansion of Higuruma’s Domain

With the release of the latest episode of the series, Jujutsu Kaisen unveiled Hiromi Higuruma’s own Domain Expansion! With the most recent chapters of the series, the Culling Game has shifted into high gear, as both Yuji and Megumi have found themselves not only separated after only a short time in the No. 1 Colony, but also up against some unusual opponents.

The good news (and perhaps the bad news) is that Yuji now finds himself face to face with one of the warriors they were going for in order to use his already earned 100 points to make a rule that would spare Megumi’s sister Tsumiki’s life. As mentioned in the previous episode of the series, Yuji was the sole one who was on the verge of encountering Hiromi Higuruma, one of the targeted fighters who had already collected 100 points since the Culling Game began.

Following Yuji and Higuruma’s first meeting in the previous chapter, which quickly turned sour when Higuruma refused to concede any of his points, the newest chapter of the series kicks off a fight between the two as Higuruma releases his own Domain Expansion, dubbed “Deadly Sentencing,” in a matter of minutes.

While Yuji is preparing himself for anything may come his way in Chapter 164 of the series, Higuruma has already killed enough sorcerers or targets to gain a significant number of points for the series thus far. Fans begin to understand how when Higuruma uses his Domain Expansion to cage Yuji in what appears to be a courtroom of sorts for the first time. Deadly Sentencing is a realm that restricts the use of physical violence by either of them and serves as the starting point for a trail that leads to a crime Yuji had committed previously. Despite the fact that it is not a single, unstoppable strike, it causes just as much trouble.

Yuji is trying to persuade Higuruma’s Judgeman to proclaim him innocent, but he soon finds himself embroiled in a past crime involving a snooping into a gambling establishment. He is subsequently found to be guilty of this lesser offence, and as a result, he is sentenced to “confiscation,” which appears to be taking away either his cursed energy or his capacity to manage it within the realm.

The fight against Higuruma is already hampered by the fact that Yuji is not the most mentally astute when it comes to dealing with double speakers and scam artists such as this lawyer.

I’m curious what you think about Higuruma’s Domain Expansion. Do you believe Yuji will be able to break through it? In the comments section, please share your thoughts on the subject.
