As One Punch Man’s previous season was so well received, viewers are excited to see what happens in Season 3. The second season was finally released in 2019 after a four-year wait.
As a result, the wait for the third season may be comparable for supporters. The real question is, will “One Punch Man” return for a third season?
However, news of a new season excites anime enthusiasts. The success of the first season of “One Punch Man” anime was solely attributable to producer Shingo Natsume’s efforts and not those of Madhouse. Because Shingo Natsume was unavailable, Madhouse was unable to take on the project.
There is positive news that the creators did not announce the “One Punch Man” anime series cancellation. As a result, fans of Madhouse may have to catch up on seasons like “Btooom,” “Hunter X Hunter,” “No Game No Life,” and “Overlord.”
However, be aware that Madhouse Studios did not produce the “One Punch Man” Season 2. Instead, J.C.Staff Studio produced the season (which also produced “High School of the Dead,” “Maid Sama” Season 2, and Prison School” Season 2).
One Punch Man’s Season 3 has also been delayed, according to rumors. Because of the negative reception to Season 2, some fans wondered if the anime would be canceled altogether.
Unfortunately, there will not be a third season of Saitama. Though happily, it hasn’t been scrapped either.
A post from the anime’s official Twitter account revealed the details. In this tweet, they expressed their gratitude to viewers for sticking around for the second season.
Meanwhile, they appealed to “One Punch Man” fans for help in getting Season 3 approved and getting started as quickly as possible. Then they’ve promised to return as quickly as possible if that’s the case.
According to The Awesome One, season 3 of “One Punch Man” will be released in the summer of 2022. The release date for OPM Season 3 is still a mystery. Anime won’t be back until the summer of 2022, however.
