In October 2017, the anime initially aired on 3 October, and it has grown in popularity ever since, and the fourth season just aired in October 2020.
The series came to an end in March of 2021. Officials announced in February that this season would be the last for the anime, and no release date or teaser has been announced for season 5.

Release Date for Season 5 of Black Clover
The release date for Black Clover Season 5 has been set for sometime in the future, perhaps between 2023 and 2024. Season 4 Episode 170 ended with many unanswered issues for viewers, such as when Asta would become Magic Emperor and how their conflict will be resolved.
As a result, the series’ finale must be intense. However, the answers to these questions will have to be kept a secret for the time being. Studio Pierrot, the production company behind Black Clover, is reportedly hard at work on a film released in 2022.
They won’t start working on the new Season until the film is finished. If we’re talking about precise numbers, the next season will begin in 2023 or 2024.
While we wait for the movie to arrive, you can read the manga to keep up with the story if you’re impatient like us. What a surprise it will be to see the boy born without magic become the most potent magic knight in the kingdom of the clover!

We’re all aware that a Black Clover movie is in the works, but the release date has yet to be determined as of the time this article was written. When the film is released remains a mystery.
