Maki got up and asked Ishigami to tell her if he’s an uninformed lady to be accepting an invitation such as this, created out of convenience. Maki left him on her own and Ishigami took off for her student council meeting room.
Ishigami was convinced that he’d never again fall in love and that the feeling seemed to be fading away. Miko is in the room, and she sees that Ishigami is there.
Ishigami is seated near Miko and is wondering whether he should begin again. He inquires about the dance and what she plans to do. They both realize they don’t have a companion and Ishigami invites Miko to go out with her and Miko agrees.
Miko realizes that she’s shy and walks out of the room saying she has something she needs to look after. She is pleased that Ishigami has asked her to leave the room and it’s not an issue that Ishigami did not have anyone to hang out with.
