Asakura Yoh’s team meets Asakura Hao and their men who challenge them in a duel. Blaumro Dracula the Vampire Hunter killed one of his crew members because they could keep one weakling in their crew and can one on one battle Ryu Of The Wooden Sword.
Ryu said to Dracula that he wouldn’t be able to build anything worth his while if he quit and took the path of destruction. This is why he never gives in.
Ryu stated that no one can have friends, the best place, or create a technique to destroy enemies if they lose their heart. Episode title: Guns of the Angel. Ryu recalls the conversation he had with the Asakura geezer in order to train him.
Ryu asks the geezer why he wants an older man to train him. Ryu responds that he was not the geezer who made Ryu of Wooden Sword a man. Ryu was not able to stop the multiple attacks of the geezer on Ryu.
Ryu fell into a pond and the geezer advised him to return home. Ryu talks with a geezer and asks him if Ryu would like to be liked by girls. The geezer realized that Ryu is a charmer and that he needs to be trained.
Ryu was kept out of the Asakura war, but the geezer decided to not get Ryu into it because the Asakura family regards it as a family matter. They fear that one of the Asakura could spill the blood of an outsider if they include them.
